I think this is absolutely horrible...and even more horrible that it’s taken so long. Shame on Exxon, shame on the Government for allowing it to go on for so long, and shame on the Supreme Court for not making Exxon pay the maximum amount allowable to the people hurt by this accident, caused by a drunk captain, in a ship that should have been double-hulled but wasn’t.
Damn...I’m still pissed about this 19 years later.
