Kiwanis Radio Days Deadline Approaches

Tryan Hartill March 25, 2008

Every year during the first week of April, the Astoria-Warrenton Kiwanis, KAST and local businesses put on a special event known as “Radio Days”.

How It Works

Local Kiwanis members contact local businesses that are interested in donating charity dollars in exchange for advertising on the radio. The business can choose the number of ads and what they want the ad to say. They will play on April 6th on KCRX.

Cost and Deadlines

The cost per ad depends on the number bought. They become much cheaper the more you buy:

* 1 Ad = $35 * 3 Ads = $75 * 5 Ads = $100

Each commercial can be up to 30 seconds long and virtually all the funds going to local kids. Deadline is this Friday Morning.

For those who are interested in supporting Radio Days, please contact a local Kiwanian or Swede at 338-7400.

Absolutely NOT, Balkins.

CONDITIONAL USE is NOT outright permitting cables and pipelines. If it was OUTRIGHT they would remove the words, CONDITIONAL USE.
