CARS, BOATS FEATURED AT COUNTY AUCTION JUNE 28
Cars, boats and assorted equipment will be up for bid Saturday, June 28, 2008 in a public auction conducted by Clatsop County at the county public works shop at 1100 Olney Ave. in Astoria.
The public is invited to view the items starting at 9 a.m., with bidding starting at 10 a.m.
Those interested in bidding on items will need to sign up with staff and be issued a bidder number. To be awarded the bid, the purchaser will need to pay at the time of closing with cash or check; credit cards will not be accepted.
The items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty. Many of the vehicles up for auction will need to be towed or hauled from the site and it is the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange the removal of the vehicles. Other items will need to be removed at closure of the auction.
