Another five people were arrested in ongoing drug investigations into heroin and methamphetamine distribution in Clatsop County. The Clatsop County Sheriff’s office reports that the Clatsop County Drug Task Force conducted an investigation resulting in the execution of multiple search warrants. On Friday, October 19th, five people were arrested on heroin related charges in the Elsie area off Highway 26. The Pacific County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the execution and service of the search warrants as well as the apprehension of suspects. Among those arrested were Jordan Ray Perry-Adams, 22, and Stephanie Renee Ames, 21, both residents of 81282 Bear Rd Elsie Oregon. In a previous operation, Pandora’s Box, the Drug Task Force’s investigation revealed another residence on Highway 26 to be a significant source of Heroin and Methamphetamine within Clatsop County and was also found to be connected with drug activity in Pacific County. Twenty arrests resulted at that time. The operation netted another five arrests, with two being arrested during what law enforcement said was an actual drug transaction.
