Five More Arrested In Ongoing Heroin-Meth Distribution Investigations

Five arrested on heroin related charges. The two on the end, Jordan Ray Perry-Adams and Stephanie Renee Ames, are considered by law enforcement to be a considerable source of heroin entering Clatsop County.

Another five people were arrested in ongoing drug investigations into heroin and methamphetamine distribution in Clatsop County. The Clatsop County Sheriff’s office reports that the  Clatsop County Drug Task Force conducted an investigation resulting in the execution of multiple search warrants. On Friday, October 19th, five people were arrested on heroin related charges in the Elsie area off Highway 26. The Pacific County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the execution and service of the search warrants as well as the apprehension of suspects. Seaside Police Officers and the Clatsop County Sheriff’s office including the Nehalem Valley Resident Deputy also assisted the Clatsop County Drug Task Force.

Among those arrested were Jordan Ray Perry-Adams, 22, and Stephanie Renee Ames, 21, both residents of 81282 Bear Rd Elsie Oregon. Information gathered as well as numerous citizen complaints over the course of several months showed Perry and Ames to be a considerable source of heroin entering Clatsop County. Also arrested on heroin related charges were Lonny Alan Baker, 23, of 810 S. Holladay Drive Apt #13, Seaside and Sarah Marie Conyers, 23, of 1643 S. Edgewood, Seaside. Ashton Leigh Anne Clarke, 24, of 770 Ave R. Seaside, was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant. All subjects were arrested and lodged at the Clatsop County Jail.

In a previous operation, Pandora’s Box, the Drug Task Force’s investigation revealed another residence on Highway 26 to be a significant source of Heroin and Methamphetamine within Clatsop County and was also found to be connected with drug activity in Pacific County. Twenty arrests resulted at that time. The operation netted another five arrests, with two being arrested during what law enforcement said was an actual drug transaction.
